Health

These groups work toward a world where your ability to participate in society is not so hindered by poor health. This is achieved by campaigning for change that will reduce incidence of poor health, and by campaigning for better provisions for those experiencing it.

Support for carers is also offered by many of these groups, with the aim of ensuring that people involved in looking after others do not become ill themselves.

Learn about preventing stress, boosting relaxation, maintaining personal health, avoiding things that negatively impact your health, and what support and care is available should your health suffer.
