Universal credit is nothing short of an attack on ordinary people, which disproportionately affects women.
It is leaving people in greater debt, homeless and worried as to where the next meal is going to come from.
Universal credit is a benefit cut in real terms, most people are worse off under the new system.
We cannot allow Universal Credit to continue.
Several groups have come together in Leeds to organise a campaign against universal credit and to place demands on the local council to alleviate some of the devastation this is causing people.
