SHIFTING LANDSCAPES is an artistic intervention, a celebration and a space for co-existence of multi-national queers and their allies who resist today’s ‘hostile’ political environment. The party dives head-first into nuances of belonging and presence and will see artists, activists and DJs coming together for the first time to explore all of these concepts together.
It all kick’s off with a performance of the touring hit show POST from 7.30pm, in which performance artist Xavier de Sousa invites you to sit at the table, eat yummy Portuguese food, drink potent Cachaca, get merry, make new friends and challenge our notion of ‘national identity’.
Then, stay for dinner (free) and party into the early hours with DJ sets by the iconic QTPoC collective Pxssy Palace and performances by Krishna Ishta and local artists Toni D and SamOne SamTwo.
