For the latest in our series of conversations we’re joined by Holly Kragiopoulos, co-owner of North Star Coffee Roasters.

We’ll hear about the long-term relationships they’ve developed with small-scale coffee producers around the world – and how decisions they take as a business are informed by their desire to manage their environmental impacts. There’s a reason you won’t find smashed avocado on their menu….
