Bringing politics to people – because people need politics
North West Leeds Labour Party exists to work for the people of North West Leeds.
It covers the area from just short of Hyde Park Corner out to Wharfedale and includes communities from Headingley through Weetwood, Cookridge, Adel, and Holt Park – on to Pool, Arthington, Bramhope, Otley, and Yeadon.
Our central belief is that politics should start from people – but also that people need politics – never more so than at times of austerity imposed by a harsh central government.
There are local party branches in Headingley and Weetwood, Adel and Wharfedale, and Otley and Yeadon.

Leeds North West Labour Party meets every month, usually on the fourth Friday of the month, always at 7.30 p.m. Our meetings often have a speaker on some topic of current local, or national, importance. We also discuss and debate policy and issues affecting our area.
Meetings are open to all Labour party members who live in the Leeds North West Constituency. The CLP monthly meeting is now an All Members Meeting – all Party members of six months standing are eligible to attend and vote.
In addition, there are monthly branch meetings for members in Adel and Wharfedale, Headingley, Weetwood, and Otley and Yeadon.
