On the 10th of October, as part of a national week of action #LetCommunitiesDecide, we’re hosting a get together to screen Power Trip (2018), a documentary which takes you onto the frontlines of UK resistance in the battle to stop the controversial energy extraction process known as ‘Fracking’.
Following the film we’ll be joined by activists from Reclaim the Power and Frack Free Leeds to give us an update on the local and national campaign front.
We’ll be serving hot soup, fresh bread, homemade cakes and giving a brief update on our recent work at Leeds Tidal.
