The Ecocycle Experience

April 16 - April 18

Event Details:

“Look deep into nature and then you will understand everything better.” Albert Einstein.

What is it? The Ecocycle is an installation and full-participation experience in the stunning surroundings of Left Bank Leeds. It will help you plot the life and activities of your organisation, and your own life, against the rhythms and life-cycles of nature. Step away from day-to-day concerns to see the bigger picture, the wood AND the trees.

Why experience the Ecocycle?

Continual growth is proving to be a dangerous myth – it can bury you without revealing itself until the very last minute, when it is too late to respond. Ecocycle Planning invites you – in addition to typical themes regarding growth or efficiency – to focus also on creative destruction and renewal. Where are the bottlenecks, where is potential? Which elements are starving for resources, which are rigid and hampering progress?

Who is it for? Leadership teams of bigger organisations or whole teams of smaller ones. Or come on your own and share your insights with others.

So you get the most out of your experience, you will be facilitated by experienced practitioners,.

There has been a buzz about it as it has travelled the country since its first outing at Left Bank Leeds a year ago: “Thought provoking and insightful.” “An opportunity to take stock, be deeply inspired and see a different, more helpful context to the problem / issue / moment.”
