May’s Brexit deal is bad for workers, and amongst other things retains state aid rules and other ‘market liberalisation’ measures which would preclude the demands for public ownership of key sectors and other demands which trade unions support.
Any deal negotiated by the Tories will look to put big business first and the interests of ordinary workers last – that’s why we call for a General Election which could see a Jeremy Corbyn-led Labour Party come to power.
