Mums! Do you ever struggle with stress, feeling overloaded, anxious, worried, frustrated or angry? Sometimes all at once?? Would you like to feel more ease, peace of mind, and enjoyment, despite having that huge to-do list?
We’re all crazy busy and juggling it all can be overwhelming at times. It’s normal to feel all kinds of emotions as we navigate family life, but what if there was a way to manage all of it more easily – without struggling or suffering?
At this new Tuesday night meet up in Headingley, Leeds hosted by Kathryn Eales (mum of two, therapist and parent coach @themotherrevolution) we’ll be exploring a new and quite different approach to taking care of our emotional wellbeing – one that doesn’t need to involve learning tools and techniques or fitting in any daily rituals.
The meetings will be two hours of relaxed discussion where you get some time to slow down, listen, meet other mums and learn a simple, common sense understanding of what’s really going on for us when we get caught up in our thoughts and feelings. This simple exploration can be an absolute game changer – and mean that you naturally take ‘stuff’ off your mind without trying to force yourself to think differently about it.
