In this one day workshop, blend authentic dance, embodiment and creative writing to explore finding and dissolving personal barriers, free up new energy, and connect with your authentic self.
Movement facilitator, Rebecca Faro, invites you to get in touch with and explore your inner movement. Expressing it outwardly helps heighten your self-awareness, allowing for new insights to be shown and experienced.
No previous experience in dance or the creative arts is necessary.
When: Saturday 12th May, 11am-4.30pm
