Leeds Bradford Airport have submitted a planning application to build a new passenger terminal and extend flying hours.

This must be stopped to avoid:
– Increasing Carbon Emissions ???

This expansion will enable them to almost double the number of passengers from the current 4 million a year to 7.1 million by 2030. Key to this expansion is cutting into the current “quiet times”, allowing noisy take-offs & landings an hour earlier (6am) in the morning & half later in the evening (11:30pm).

The public has been given until the 16th June to make comments on the 200+ pages published by the council and the airport.
