Cris Williamson: The Changer and the Changed
Did it change you? Jan Bridget (& Sandra Lucille) ran Lesbian Information Service (1987-1997) and produced a Lesbian Newsletter with 500 subscribers.
In 1988 Cris Williamson, American feminist lesbian singer and musician, toured Britain. She was interviewed for the Newsletter. Her interview is part of the Jan Bridget Audio Collection recently acquired by Lancashire Archives. Jan will share memories of Cris’s visit, play some tracks, and extracts from the interview. What are your memories of women’s music?
