Join our monthly meetup to find out more about our current campaigns and how you can get involved.
The key things we will be discussing from Greenpeace are:
1. Tesco Forest and Food campaign ….. This campaign is about putting pressure on Tesco to STOP sourcing products which are directly or indirectly contributing to destruction of the amazon rainforests. In September and October we will be putting pressure on Tesco by some activities in store and I would like to reach out to you all to help, if you feel able to.
This Greenpeace Video video https://www.facebook.com/greenpeaceuk/videos/301674087621545/ explains the link between deforestaion and pandemics, demonstrating one of the issues caused. It is good to view.
2. Update on current campaigns
New members are very welcome. The meeting, starts at 6:30pm and we will allow time for new commers to ask questions and we will introduce ourselves in a very informal way.
