After the success of our first event, we will be doing another event on the 3rd October. The first was so well-received because of its homely and accepting atmosphere, fresh and diverse performances and delicious food.
This time the evening will begin with a communal feast – with vegan and gluten free options available. All food will again be supplied by Rainbow Junktion, a Real Junk Food Project cafe in Hyde Park, that transforms surplus food into health dinners.
Food will be followed by a workshop about housing cooperatives. Housing cooperatives are an established method for creating affordable, secure and fairer housing. If that appeals to you then please come early and learn more.
As like before a variety of performers will round off the evening. Last time we had provocative and beautiful poetry, storytelling and music. We are on the look out for new performers and collaborators to get involved – please get in touch if you are interested. Visual, sound, story – art celebrating ‘Home’ .
