DESCRIPTION:February marks fifteen years since one of the biggest protests in the UK and globally\, estimated eleven million people marched in opposition to the Iraq War. After the UK and US governments ignored these massive protests\, hundreds of thousands died in Iraq. \nNow\, we face threats from terrorism all over the world; the arms sale is booming and wars wage on causing humanitarian crises all over- especially in Yemen where we’ve witnessed a horrendous cholera outbreak. Refugees have fled from their homes and ended up on our doorstep only to be met with persecution. \nCome to hear from Prof Dave Webb\, CND and Chris Nineham\, STW on why we need an anti war government. \n
