DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nAn opportunity to experience the latest in student sustainability research at the University of Leeds.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\nJoin us on Wednesday 26th February for the University of Leeds Annual Student Sustainability Research Conference 2020 (#SSRC20). \nBuilding on last year’s conference\, this is an event not to be missed; an opportunity to experience the latest sustainability research and projects taking place at Leeds\, to network\, collaborate\, develop meaningful contacts and to broaden your understanding of the challenges faced in a changing world. \nOver the course of the day\, there will be a poster exhibition in Parkinson Court\, along with morning and afternoon presentation sessions and workshops. Expect to see updates from projects using the campus as a testbed as part of the Living Lab programme\, as well as research taking place across the Leeds city region\, and wider national and international sustainability projects. Research from a range of disciplines will be on show\, each demonstrating alignment with one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. \nThe schedule for the day will be published on the University of Leeds Sustainability website (https://sustainability.leeds.ac.uk/ssrc20) in due course. \nThis event will be a single-use plastic-free event. An external company will also be on campus recording video at the conference. We may use these images and videos in publicity and marketing materials for future events\, on our website\, or on our social media accounts. If you do not want to be included in any photographs or video taken by the official conference photographers\, please let them know as early as possible. \n\n\n\n\n
