Metaphorically\, we can describe Jalandara Bandha as putting a lid on our energy\, so that it remains deep inside of us; which I see as a perfect closing to this set of workshops. Amongst group discussion and movement\, we will learn a strong meditative technique known for its place in sealing self- practice\, yet leaving you feeling prepared for all that is to come.  \nThis workshop is part of a six- week series organized and ran by Charlotte: Yoga for all.\nHere by popular demand\, Charlotte is offering a six- week series of workshops that will delve deeper than the physical practice of yoga.  \nThis is an opportunity to deepen our knowledge and understanding across many aspects yoga\, creating space to look at the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’ of this practice.\nEach workshop will focus on a different topic\, and will include hand-outs and task sheets designed and created by Charlotte for you to take home. Along with physical exploration of each topic\, there will be time for sit down conversation\, learning\, and open discussion.  \nThese workshops have been designed to cater for all ages and abilities.
