DESCRIPTION:Please come to our first DLA meeting at Meeting Room 2\, Leeds Civic Hall. Anyone who self-defines as having any form of disability\, lives in Leeds and is a member of the Labour and/or Trade Union movement is welcome. \nWe’d like to keep our meetings as informal and friendly as we can\, and be led by members’ needs and interests. At this initial meeting we’d like to start to discuss: \n* The name of the group\n* Ground rules\n* What YOU want from the group\n* The purpose of the group (its vision\, values etc) \nIf you’d like a lift to the meeting\, please let us know – and if you’re able to offer lifts that’d be great too! \nWater and biscuits will be provided. \n
