DESCRIPTION:Leeds Queer Film Festival is back! The full festival takes place from 9th to 12th May at Woodhouse Community Centre. \nTo find out more come to the programme relaunch at The Tetley\, watch some free films and pick up the new version of the festival programme.\nFree entry\, suitable for ages 15+ \nFilms start at 6:30pm with Shorts:\nAcroasis | Let’s Be Friends | Sununú: The Revolution of Love | Foxy Trot | Music Video Premiere (made at the LQFF film making workshop)\nRunning time 65 minutes \n—BREAK— \n8:00pm – Trans Youth feature documentary\nFilmed over three years\, this film introduces us to seven young trans folk living in Austin\, Texas. We watch them face up to family judgement\, find voice in DIY punk bands and navigate the unknowns of hormone therapy\, speaking honestly and directly about their lives.\nRunning time 84 minutes\n——————–\nACCESS INFORMATION:\nAll films will be shown with English subtitles. There is a wheelchair accessible lift to all public floors at The Tetley.
