DESCRIPTION:On Monday 1st October there will be a screening of the documentary film Living with Fracking followed by a Q&A with the film’s producers\, Steve and Jo White. The husband and wife team decided to take a trip to Pennsylvania\, USA\, after they learned that fracking could be coming to their area of Ryedale. \nArmed with a video camera\, they travelled around the heavily fracked state and met a number of people whose lives have been affected by fracking. They wanted to be able to share what they saw and heard during their trip with the people of Ryedale and others back home in the UK – for them to see the reality of living with fracking. \nFollowing the screening Jo and Steve will answer any questions you may have about the impact of Fracking in Allerton Bywater and Surrounding areas…… \nPlease come and invite family\, friends and neighbours to hear first hand why we are so concerned about fracking in our locality…… \n
