SUMMARY:Leeds Labour History Walk
DESCRIPTION:Shaun Choen will be leading his legendary labour history walk from Leeds Art Gallery steps on Sunday 10 November at 1 pm.\n\nThe walk is based on Shaun’s continuing research and is therefor different to the last one.\n\nRiots\, revolution\, Suffragettes\,  Chartists  and radical reformers.  Where did the Yorkshire rebellion plotters meet? Where did Engels go when he visited Leeds? Follow in the footsteps of the local socialist pioneers.. Why did children lead a mass protest. All this and more.\n\nThis is a Ford Maguire event and all arewelcome. The walk takes around an hour and half.\n\nSome of us are going to the National Mining Museum on Thursday 7 November setting off from Leeds at 10.30.
