SUMMARY:Heading for Extinction speaker training
DESCRIPTION:Invitation to train to be a speaker\, delivering the Heading for Extinction presentation \nThe “Heading for Extinction: and what to do about it” presentation is the standard introduction abut XR to potential rebels and general audiences. If you’d like to contribute to XR by learning to give the talk\, you now have an opportunity to do so. \nAll you need is either some experience of XR or a background in talking to audiences (such as teaching). Several hours of preparation are needed to participate in the training – watching a video of the talk if you haven’t already heard it\, reading through the notes that come with the slide show\, and preparing your own “script” for short segments of the talk (participants will be given access to these items). \nPlaces are also limited to eight\, so that everyone has the chance to practice and give feedback. If you are interested and can commit to attend\, please email: xrleedsoutreach@protonmail as soon as possible.
