An event every week that begins at 3:30pm on Friday, repeating until May 3, 2019
We have a great opportunity for local people to join our drama group in Leeds. We particularly welcome younger people (15 – 26) and older people (age 50+) to create a play together. We will read real letters shared between old and young penpals and use them to create our very own short play. This is a chance to:
Hear amazing stories from older & young people
Read real letters shared between old and young
Help to create a brand new & unique play
Learn new drama skills
Have a lot of fun!
You don’t need any experience of doing drama before, we’re a very friendly group. We have many roles, such as acting, writing scenes or backstage help. Drinks are provided, it’s free to join.
Performance dates: 3 & 4th May 2019
To book your place email: info@fallintoplace.co.uk with your name and the sort of role you’d be interested in.
This project is managed by University of Leeds Writing Back Project & Fall into Place Theatre, funded by The Big Lottery Fund
