SUMMARY:Fundraiser & Refugee Support Gathering - Save the date!
DESCRIPTION:In all corners of Yorkshire there are people supporting and empowering refugees and asylum seekers. This family friendly event will bring all of them together.\nCome to an open space discussion. There will be a venue for networking and idea sharing\, games and events for all ages\, as well as an open mic – which we hope will be led by refugees – for poetry\, storytelling\, music\, and an evening of music and dancing.\nThere is space for camping overnight.\nThere will be no alcohol on site\, food will be vegetarian and halal.\nThis will be a ticketed\, pay-as-you-feel event (watch this space)\nWe are gathering ideas – if you would like to share in this project please get in touch. Help needed!\nFunds will go primarily to https://en-gb.facebook.com/TeamKitrinos/ medical care in Lesvos. \n
