DESCRIPTION:In this free workshop will learn to use a free Excel template to give you the confidence to set up a bookkeeping system on a spreadsheet. \nYou will\n– Be shown the structure of the linked spreadsheet\n– Set up a fictional organisation\, with categories of income and spend\, restricted funds and bank and cash accounts\n– Reconcile the bank transactions to the spreadsheet\n– Review how the inputs produce a finance report for use in the year\nLaptops and materials are provided; a basic ability to use a spreadsheet is needed. \nYour WYCAS tutor will lead the session\, working through a practical exercise\, so that you will be able to set up and use a spreadsheet recording method for your organisation. \nPlease note this training session is not funded for delivery to groups outside the Leeds area. \nTo reserve a place email claire.welling@wycas.org.uk \n
